CAE is a kind of rapidly developing computer
technology, the core technology that realizes
design analysis, analog simulation and
optimization of key engineering and industrial
product as well as the most important tool and
measure that support engineer and scientist to
carry out theory research and innovation and
design of product. Through several decades’
years of development, CAE has obtained
successful application in the fields such as
aviation, spaceflight, nuclear industry, weapon,
shipbuilding, automobile, mechanics, electrics,
cilvil engineering, materials etc. is gradually
becoming the key technology of deep application
information of manufacturing industry.
China CAE Annual Conference, is the professional
meeting with largest scale and influence once a
year in our CAE field, provides the platform
that communicates, cooperates and announces the
foremost frontier science research results for
related scientists ,experts and engineers; the
annual conference has been successfully held for
forth times in Beijing, Qingdao ,Dalian and
Xiaan separately, the number of representatives
to the conference from defense technology
industry, automobile manufacturing, mechanical
equipment, electric industry, civil engineering,
education etc. industry is accumulatively over
10000’it has become the professional
communication platform for experts, scholars and
stimulation engineers in our CAE field.
The current session of conference happens to be
5 university of establishment of CAE Annual
Conference in which leaders form technology
administrative department, research institutes,
manufacturers and colleges and universities,
academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences
and Chinese Academy of Engineering, famous
experts, representatives of software and
hardware manufacture will make thematic reports,
key-note speeches and technology communication.

In order to strengthen the ability to develop
product of our enterprises, shorten cycle of
product development, improve quality and
optimize procedure of product development,
reduce cost of product development, promote the
deep application of CAE technology in product
research and development and manufacturing
progress, improve the core competitiveness of
our enterprises rapidly and spur “made in China”
to step forward “created in China”.

III. Activities of annual conference
1. The thematic report
Specially invite leaders of industry,
academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences
and Chinese Academy of Engineering, famous
experts to make thematic report for the annual
conference.
2. Conference hall of special topic
。
(1)Defense technology industry: Defense
technology field is always the largest and
widest industry of CAE application as well as
the most matured industry. The conference hall
includes aviation, spaceflight, weapon industry,
nuclear industry and special industry etc.
(2)Automobile and traffic transportation:
Automobile manufacturing is also one of the most
matured industries of CAE technology
application, in recent years, the rapid
developing railway transportation and vessel
industry have produced great demands to CAE
application. The conference hall includes
automobile and components manufacturing,
internal combustion engine manufacturing,
special vehicle, locomotive manufacturing and
digital shipbuilding etc.
(3)Advanced manufacturing and comprehensive
technology application: During the progress from
“made in China” into “created in China”, CAE
technology will play an important influence that
can’t be ignored, as the most important tool and
measure, CAE technology has also been widely
applied in material science, electric industry,
ocean engineering, petrochemical industry,
pressure vessel, civil engineering, bridge
engineering and biotechnology etc. fields.
(4 ) High performance computer application: In
the high performance computer field, one basic
trend is more and more CPU connect together to
be cluster so as to finish complex calculation.
CAE is the typical high performance computer
application field which needs many kinds of
parameter calculation. In order to promote the
application of high performance computer
technology in manufacturing industry, the annual
conference will continue to establish conference
hall for high performance computer application
field.
(5)Discussion of new hot point subject: The
annual conference will continue to pay attention
to discussion o subject such as “CAE technology
of designing and manufacturing of large
aircraft”, “Thermal protection, life guarantee,
dynamics and control of aero spacecraft”, “CAE
platform technology of coordination stimulation”
and “Development and training of CAE talents”
etc.
Welcome experts and scholars, academic leaders,
science and research staff, stimulation analysis
in the field and famous software and hardware
manufacturers at home and abroad to make
speeches ,introduce and communicate the newest
progress, application case of research and
application at home and abroad about the above
mentioned main subjects and setting of
conference hall.
3. Exhibition displays
The organizing committee of annual conference
will display new technology, new products and
software and hardware outside the main
conference hall, welcome software and hardware
manufacture at home and abroad, science and
research institutes, colleges and universities
and application enterprise to take part in the
display activities actively.
4. Selection of thesis
The annual conference will call for thesis all
over the country; organizing committee will
invite related experts to review and select
excellent thesis and issue certificate and
awards, excellent thesis will be recommended to
professional journals to be officially

5. Collection for best practice case
In order to promote the success experience of
supporting production innovation of CAE
technology and popularize CAE technology, the
organizing committee of annual conference will
continue to organize“2009 The Best Practice Case
of Chinese CAE Application” selection activity
and sincerely invite masses of enterprises to
take part in selecting activity actively
。
Time range of involved projects is product
analysis projects or phrasal results that were
finished after January, 2008, the planned or
implemented projects are not listed in the
selection. The selection is for free.
6. Award and art performance
In order to thank representatives to the
conference and cooperative partners for their
attention and support to CAE annual conference,
organizing committee will issue various prizes
and see art performance with strong local
characteristics on the same night when
conference opens(We also welcome the
representative with art specialty to be involved
in the performance programs, if you have
intention, please contact with organizing
committee ahead of time so that we can arrange
as early as possible. )
7. Sightseeing tours
Lanzhou is the important town of ancient “the
Silk Road” where are left with many scenic spots
and historical sites by history and nature. The
Silk Road is the subject of tourism in Gansu,
oasis, towns, and passes, the Great Wall,
temples and grottoes have great value. Gansu is
called as “The Town for Grotto Art”, Dunhuang
Grottoes is beautiful of which art is extremely
high; the highland is very sublime, mountainous
region is very steeply, the shore of Yellow
River, water wheel is turning, Lanzhou with
abundant weed is also the famous fruit city all
over the world which has tourist characteristic
of prevent sunstroke and tasting fruits in both
summer and fall. A Lanzhou form the colorful
tourism resources because its history is very
long, natural sight is unique, human landscape
is very rich, ethnic customs is various.
IV. Requirements of thesis collection
(1) Shall encircle the subject, content shall be
enriched, data shall be accurate, sentences
shall be smooth, number of letter shall be
within in 5, 000,not published in official
journals.
(2) For inputting of script, please use word
system, layout shall be specification of A4
paper, banner composing, all margins shall be
30mm on the upper, down, left and right.
(3) Title(2#,black) shall be in the middle; name
of author(5# Kai ti) is located in the middle
under title(take out one blank);unit, area, zip
code of author(small, 5#,Song ti) is located
under the name of author(take out one
blank);abstract and key word (small 5#
Fangsong)are located in unit etc. of author(take
out one blank);the text shall be used 5#,Song ti,
Number of title of one, two and three level
shall be used Arabic numerals separately(like
“1”,“1.1”,“1.1.1”);figure and table shall be
listed closely and clearly; the references(small
5#,Fang song) and the introduction and contact
information of the first author (about 100 ,
small, 5#,Song ti) shall listed following the
text; there shall no printed page number in the
article.
(4)After the page that thesis is over, shall be
attached detailed information of all authors,
including title, education, post and main
professional direction and contact information
of author and make the category which the
author’s thesis shall belong to in the above
mentioned 5 subjects
(5)The conference receives and record thesis for
free, only for reference and communication for
representatives in the field.
(6)The conference belong to non secret level,
there shall be no confidential content in the
thesis.
(7)Please send the thesis send to
（caechina@126.com）before July 10th.
V. Cost of conference
1) Conference cost: 1800 Yuan/person (including
meeting cost, resource cost, meal and drink
cost, not including accommodation cost)
2) About the title sponsorship, sponsor and
Co-sponsor etc. cost of enterprise, shall
coordinate according to concrete situations
3) The above cost doesn’t include transportation
and accommodation cost of representative, shall
afford these cost by themselves, conference
group shall coordinate and arrange universally.
4) The conference working of the conference is
held by Beijing Innovative Technology
Development Center which issues official
invoice.
