2014中国汽车工程学会年会用户论文集：Ar plas welding is based on the basic principle of resistance welding, but it is totally different from the common resistance welding. Ar plas welding has many advantages, such as the high strength of solder joints, the big welding current, the small pressure, without the water cooling system, and maybe save 70% of the energy, etc. The components and the quality control system of ar plas welding are presented here. Quality control of ar plas solder joint was analysed deeply, and a series of measures to quality control and assurance were list in this paper.
