2014中国汽车工程学会年会用户论文集:In this paper, the fuel tank deflector of vehicle was designed based on DFSS design method, and its aerodynamic performance was optimized. In the wind tunnel experiment, the drag coefficient Cd of vehicle was measured, and the velocity field was simulated by CFD. The results show the flow field at the bottom of fuel tank is obviously improved, and the drag coefficient of vehicle is reduced by 0.004 due to using new optimized fuel tank deflector. Thus, the DFSS is the efficient and helpful design method, and it can be used to design and optimize the part of vehicle. 优化设计汽车油箱偏转器基于六西格玛设计方法
